How it works: The fill in the Form and send it to us with you dates and budget. We quote the price of our service and conditions of payment, we sign and aggrement and you send copies of your passports and make payment. We tell you 2 weeks before departure (if time allows) what you should take with you, about baggage transportation rules, give advice on vaccination if needed (information is provided in due time). You will learn where you are going on the day of departure, most probably a couple of hours before departure.

 

We can organize a suprise trip in a certain country. If there is a need to issue a visa for you and consulate requires that an applicant should come to them in person, you will know what country you are going to but not exact places.

 

Payment: Depends on the conditions of the service providers (hotels/airlines/tour operators). If hotels are booked via booking sites and tickets are bought for you on official websites of airlines you need to provide your bank card details to avoid such issues as credit card verification. If service providers accept payments by invoice you can pay by invoice or we will do it on your behalf.

 

Refunds: possible, our comission is nonrefundable. If a client expressed a wish to book nonrefundable fares and the services have already been paid for, no refund is to be expected. If you cannot travel because of being hospitalized we will try to get the refund from the service provider. But we cannot guarantee we will have success in this.

 

Our main priority is your security. If you choose to visit one of the countries or places which we consider not very safe we will ask you to sign a disclaimer.
